Well now it's not, so move onto the next one. Keep lifting, i think it's an essential part of a healthy lifestyle, but maybe try a more out going hobby like rock climbing/ biking. Something social, but also challenging.

Also, goes without saying, but if you're suffering from depression, maybe talk to a psychologist / get medication to help you with that.
