I am starting SS with GOMAD.
5'11 and 220lbs. I know i'll put on more weight but I'll also gain muscle and then I shred right? /pol/ told me GOMAD is a /fit/ meme but everywhere I'm reading it does say caloric surplus is needed to put on strength and muscle.
Make sure to also eat a lot on top of the milk. You can't put on any muscle unless you eat a lot of food each day. For 5'11" I'd say you should make sure to get at least 6000 calories a day
