I am 5'11'', 165 lbs and Even thought macros calculator says i should eat 1800 calories a day, i still feel thats too much because i havent lost any weight this week since i started my first cut. Should i eat less clories because i am a framlet?

Most calorie calculators are all over the place so try (10x goal weight in lbs) so if you wanna weigh 145lb eat 1450 per day. And .8g of protein per current body weight. Don't cut protein calories
...weigh in everyday and wait a couple weeks before drastically changing anything. 1-2 lbs per week lost is the goal. You're gonna be hungry and crave hella shit so drink a gallon of water everyday, eat plenty of chicken and veggies, and coffee pre workout AND stay strong.
