Does running or jogging fuck up leg gains? I have really skinny

Does running or jogging fuck up leg gains? I have really skinny toothpick legs and I need to put on some serious muscle mass but I also do lots of cardio like running/jogging on the treadmill and hiking on the weekends. Will that affect my muscle growth?

Distance running or endurance at a slow pace is not ideal for gains. Look at distance runners they look skelly as fuck.
However high intensity runs no more than 5ish miles are god tier for leg gains especially uphill.
Put the treadmill to 15% incline (usually the highest) that will work the fuck out of your legs .
Careful not to injure yourself, running is one of those activities you must build up to
