Does being fit gives you good skin? What do you do to fight acne?

But acne is literally genetics. Your average lad can fight off acne with just frequent washing, preferably with a mild face scrub. If you're predisposed to serious acne breakouts then you NEED dermatological care.

I use a facial scrub and a facial cleanser twice a day

no beer
wash x2 a day, use washcloth
moisturize
use sunscreen
take zinc
lift
pray to whatever God you think will listen to your petty little problems
and most important,DON'T PICK AT IT! If it's gross looking, cover it with a bandaid. It'll pop on its own when its time/if it's going too.

Depends on whether it's real "acne" or just pimples/zits here and there.
The former you can really only combat with accutane or similar stuff.
The latter is largely dependent on your habits.

>don't touch your face all the time
>do cardio (sweating)
>clean up your diet:
>avoid dairy
>fast food in general
>high sugar foods (chocolate, candy, ...)
>fatty food (chips, fries, sauces,...)

drink lots of water and get sunlight
