What does /fit/ do when they're sick? I've got the flu or a cold really bad right now, and I usually never get sick so I'm not used to this, I feel like I wanna die.

-Take afew days off the gym(training when sick is pointless you just get sicker and your workouts suck).
-Double up on vitamin C
-Lemsip
-keep warm try and go to bed at a reasonable hour.
-If I feel a sore throats coming on I gargle with warm salt water afew times a day.
