Although, I'm starting to think you don't actually know what concurrent periodization means. It was rather unusual to bring it up and all in regards to lifting.

Disregarding the FACT that there are literally endless ways to train and be succesfull, I don't see how training only twice a week could really be called concurrent periodization. The entire premise of concurrent periodization is that you try to develop - or at least maintain - all meaningful qualities at once, which is going to be nigh impossible if you only train twice a week. I get that you could have one day focusing on e.g. hypertrophy and another on strength, but that would hardly qualify as concurrent training, given that it's only two out of several qualities.
