workouts or stretches to help improve posture?

i used to walk slouched before i started working out. If people are calling you Mr. Crocker, chances are you're a lanklet. Workout more and lift heavier. Specifically back workouts your posture improves.
I was fat so had the waddle. Squats actually improved my stride.

Definitely still a novice. Figure out your bodyfat percentage instead. You sound like a lanklet still. At most a DYEL. Work on some back exercises in addition to the main lifts of squat, deads, bench, and ohp
lateral raises feel like they've improved my posture to most, pretty much because you're in pain if your form is shit
