I'm a guy, and my ass is big
Too big for me, how do I make it smaller?
I work 3-5 times a week, doing physical labor, usually 3-8 hour days(Work for a teacher of mine, best job I could get around here)
Than besides that, I try to bike a few miles a day, been using a crappy walmart bike, but just got a really nice bike the other day
Besides that I play sit at my computer playing video games, and things around my house
I am 5 freedom feet and 9 freedom inch @ 155(give or take 5 freedom)
What do I do to make my ass smaller?
Would standing at my computer help?
What types of foods to stop eating?(I usually eat healthy, but do have some junk foods)
What exercises can I do?
I know someone will just tell me to go look at the sticky, I have.
