Guise, im feeling a fever coming up, im feeling weak and im coughing a lot, flu.
What should i do to stop it?

1. STAY HOME FROM THE GYM. Not only will you delay your recovery, you'll be spreading your germs around to everyone there.
2. SLEEP, EAT, and DRINK FLUIDS. No cutting! Your immune system needs fuel and building materials just like your muscles do. Depriving it will also delay recovery.
3. Sinus rinse. I'm serious. Get the bottle, the little packets to mix the solution, and distilled water, and follow the directions. Use as many times a day as you feel is necessary to keep your sinuses clear of the multi-colored gunk in them. Will help with symptoms and make you more comfortable.
4. Avoid things like aspirin, ibuprofen, and acetaminophen, that reduce your fever, if you can possibly do so. Supressing your fever will actually make you take longer to recover.
5. BE PATIENT. It'll probably take a week to fully recover. Don't rush it.

I, also, am sick. Light headed heavily congested in the morning. But I'm going to go to the gym today because otherwise I'll have not been in 5 days. (Just gotta sanitise my entire body first)
