I did a front squat everyday for a week linear progression style and I got 3 PRs 3 days in a row.

Now I've been sumo deadlifting everyday for the past 3 days linear progression style too. I feel like my recovery is better because my body is adapted to deadlifting heavy. And because its only 1 rep there's no fatigue. But I definitely won't try it on my conventional deadlift.

Also I thought Eric did an exercise till he plateau? I did my front squat not really till I plateau but its a grinder so whatever.

really tho. doing something for a week isnt making you even slightly stronger. the adaptation that caused you to hit those prs was entirely neurological, not muscular. you were just not used to the movement and got more use to it
