Coming off Starting Strength, looking mostly for size. How does this look?
It’s basically 5/3/1 Triumvirate but with sets across instead of 5/3/1 because I’m still weak enough to make weekly progress.
Press 3x5 (followed up with 3 backoff AMRAP sets with ~30 seconds of rest)
Chin-up 5x10
Dip 5x10
Squat 3x5
Romanian deadlift 5x10
Power clean 5x3
Bench 3x5 (plus same backoff sets)
Cable row 5x10
Incline bench 5x10
Deadlift 1x5
Hyperextension 5x10
Rollout 5x10
For size it looks pretty fine. Hypertrophy is pretty simple to plan around so hit the area with moderate intensity and volume like you're doing.
Although I would recommend more frequency. Benching once a week is how you enter t rex mode. I'd say bench and OHP on both upper body days.

Your weekly volume for each lift is really low. Coming off of SS you're basicly lowering your volume. That's not a good approach to progress. A couple sets of hyperextensions and cable rows won't change that.
If you're really dead set on doing 5/3/1 at least do a version where you're squatting and benching at least twice a week.

Don't expect people on this board to actually do SS/SL/GSLP properly. Rippetoe says to move on after three resets, for example, but most faggots post on here about intermediate routines after their first lift to failure.

There are already tons of programs built around weekly progress.
Whats even the point of your fourth day? Its just deadlifts + accessory shit you don't need. Switch Romanian deadlifts in day two to normal ones and cut out the fourth day.
