Satisfied with level of strength, want to train endurance more for MMA.
I do mostly sets of 10, was just gonna try to get more sets with my top weight.

Doing that is fine, it will still get you stronger just not as fast as training directly for strength. But of course thats just a side benefit.
You will want to train endurance by doing sprints, high intensity cardio things like tire flips, prowler pushes, or burpees, as well as regular old cardio too.
