I hate how people seem to think they can just do some retarded 30 day squat/ab/push up challenge and be ripped and muscular by the end of it.

I see it a lot on FB, followed by absolutely no updates of how great they now look.

I started exercising and lifting about 5 months ago and urged her to get into a fit lifestyle as well

She happily agreed and started doing whatever it is girls do to get "fit"

After like 20 days she's looking in my mirror telling me
