My bench 1rm was 275 so not to shabby, but before i seriously trained normies and grills loved it. Having a barrel chest with a wide back and shoulders makes you look huge.

I'm still relatively new to lifting but maybe it's your form? When I first started I wasn't feeling my chest being worked much in bench but I knew my form was shit. Now that I've improved my form my chest and tris are the only muscles that feel burned out after bench.

You also probably do it second. DB press also has a greater ROM and less tricep activation, because obviously if you squeeze your triceps the same way you do in bench (think trying to break or bend the bar) you'll just lock your elbows and throw the DBs to the side.
