Is sleep really that important for recovery, or do you just need "rest".? I ask because uninterrupted sleep is not an option, pic related. It's been 7 months and still cannot lose last 10 pounds and no more nugaines. Yes changed intensity/diet... but sleep is something that evades me. Also is there a sleep cheat?

It is not the length of your sleep but the quality.
Breathing is a big factor to falling asleep.
There are a few other factors to improve your sleep. Take magnesium before sleep. Google it.

if you get less than 5-6 hours of sleep don't bother working out

>Also is there a sleep cheat?
Copious amounts of alcohol and soundproofing the childs room.

pretty much this. i was getting 4-5 hours at best and my gym progress was ultra slow or i was stuck for months.
finally getting around 8 now and the difference is like night and day.

Start taking test. If you can afford it, get some HGH too.

>Here I am caring for this stupid baby when it's literally my only job in life and meanwhile look at this stupid fucking MAN who provides us with everything we need to survive, just sleeping away, fucking piece of shit I need a divorce

Pop some melatonin sups
you will still get better results than if you do nothing. it won't be perfect but it will still be something
plus your time at the gym will be blessed alone time away from your satanic spawn and nagging wife

Lol not me at all. That's why I'm stuck..I exclusively deal with the baby. It's awesome but I don't like the mom-bod. A part of being a trophy wife is being hot..face and boobs still good, but stomach and legs...no mas.
it is the only time you build muscle and you lose bodyfat during sleep as well. it's REALLY important.

Oh man, this is the story of our lives now. We never sleep.
He goes to bed at 7-8 at night and wakes 2-3 times. It got better for a little while, then he started getting sick from daycare as soon as we sleep trained him. So now it's 10 months and neither of us gets quality sleep.
I went up 10lbs
I try to sleep at around 10-11pm every night, but I only ever fall asleep around 1 or 2. I wanna make it bros, what should I do?
