Hey /fit/ im going to soon go onto a weight loss journey and i want to know if it will be acceptable to share my process here with you guys? with pictures and how the weeks has gone etc(or maybe a two week check in) im curious to know, i dont have a lot of friends since ive became a newly single dad and i work a lot, or i am at home, or doing kid things with my son. my goal is to wake up at 5am and go to the gym, come home get my son ready, drop him off daycare and go to work. I moved back with my parents and 5am before work is the best time for me to go to the gym. anyways, if you guys want to cheer me up or whatever please let me know.
