I see alot of dyels in my gym doing shrugs WRONG. When you do shrugs, you have to hold the shrug position for 1-2 seconds, that's a rep. I'll add that doing barbell shrugs behind the back is better, dumbbell shrugs with the dumbbells angled right along your glutes is even better. Also keep your scapula pinched on the concentric.

Also do shrugs last. Right before shrugs, do facepulls to hit the bottom of the trap.
