How do I fix butt wink on the squat. I just recently fucked my lower back from it qq. When I'm finally back in the gym in like 5 months should I just ditch squats? I can't get anywhere near parallel on the squat without my back going into flexion.

I have the same problem, prevents me from deadlifting as well. Substituted deadlifts for trap bar deadlifts and squats for box squats. Guessing a lot of stretching n shit may fix it eventually.

This might unfortunately be a solution. I love squats as an exercise but I had to cut them out. Working full time on my feet all day means my cartilage and muscles are just too tired to squat heavy 3x a week. I just couldnt recover fast enough to avoid injury. If your circumstances dont let you do an exercise, dont do it, bottomline.
If you wanna try to fix buttwink, it never hurts. Google/youtube hip mobility exercises and do those. Additionally, try ankle mobility exercises. It should help. In the mean time, get actual weightlifting shoes to compensate for your ankle mobility. You can be more upright which will help your buttwink.
