Hi guys
5' 7" manlet here, 18 yo
I've got a growth stunt during my 16 / 17 years because of meds I didn't even need and were prescribed for nothing
Is there yet hope for me to grow at least 5'9 5'10 by eating healthy and doing sports or should I just give up on it and live my life ?

My brother is 6'0" btw

Squats will make you a tiny bit taller but nothing significant. You're 18y/o, it's over.
Mirin' your digits tho

But I mean, doctors say men can grow til 21-22 sometimes

He's the doc so i'd say he's right. I wouldn't expect it to happen tho.
Focus on something else than your height because clearly that'll never be your strong side.

Eating well and exercising shouldn't stunt your growth at least, but height is genetic. Don't give up on life; manlets can still make it.

Yeah but as I mentioned
My brother is 6 feet tall, so genetic's good

I was thinking about swimming every 2 days, which is quite time/money consuming
Will being a manlet hold me back so much that would justify such a strict diet/exercising

Just because your brother is 6 feet doesn't mean you will ever be. There can be a wide variation. It's possible that you could grow for another couple of years, so eat a lot of vegetables and drink a lot of milk. That's what I did to get to 6'5", but I finished growing at 15.
Plausibly if starting on splits and lifting.

Depends on your goals m8. If you wanna compete in swimming, you'll have to eat and exercise properly anyway.
what were you taking?

Basically PPI's which keep you from absorbing nutrients correctly ( magnesium / calcium / vitamin D, B12 )
Took that shit for 2 years then the docs realized I was misdiagnosed

>Tall and lanky,
>Bulk and lift weights,
>Short and stubby.
>Cut and do gymnastics.
Everyone has a role to play.
