No, gyno will not be removed by simply removing fat because if it does its not gyno. You can hide gyno extremely well tho with getting a lot of muscle. Also just having normal levels of estrogen in your body will slowly remove gyno. (by doing this drink soy milk and not regular milk and you're most likely good to go)

I had to get surgery to remove mine. Exercise helps reduce it, but it's the gland below your nipples that is enlarged, so the only option to completely removing gyno is through surgery.

I had gyno...you have to remove it surgically or else you have it always. Some things can help reduce it but surgery is the only way to completely get rid of it. I did have surgery to get rid of it as it was not just unsightly but tender all the fucking time.
