i have mild lumbar lordosis & slight nerd neck, i want to correct it before i look like your average /b/tard

ive seen people say it can take years to make progress, but thats gay and i dont have time for it

what excecises and stretches are actually effective, and are there any good ergonomic chairs that can help with this that arent gonna cost me my left testicle
