I need some help goys. I want to try eating 500 calories a day. How much weight would I lose in a week by doing this? I know it is extremely unhealthy. Anybody have any similar experiences?

Serious answer, your question "How much weight would I lose" depends on your TDEE. TDEE depends on height, weight, gender, activity level, age, genetics, and bodyfat %. In other words, how much you would lose cannot possibly be calculated based on only daily caloric intake.

What are you in a hurry to lose the weight for? It's not going to work. There are no quick fixes. You have to change your life. You have to change what you eat. You can eat more than 500 calories in a day. Just make them quality calories like chicken and broccoli and skip the bread and cereal and sugar.
