>go to gym 4 days a week every week
>making great bench chest gains
>set new PR of 180
>lift 75 dumbbells
>feels good man
>ff to full time wagecuckery
>gym sceduale has been a little inconsistent, but still making overall gains, except one area...
>do chest after 2 weeks
>could barely lift a fucking plate without getting tired
>Max out at 3 sets 6-8 reps
>dumbness fall to 50
>think ok maybe I'm tired or didn't get good pre meal
>goes on for 2 more weeks
>setting goals for every other body except chest
Please help. Is this just mental?
Should I start doing light weights again. I'm scared fitbros...
