Hey /fit/, I'm trying not to eat like a piece of shit anymore but I'm really poor. What are some good cheap meals that are simple to prepare?

Steam or boil some broccoli, dice some chicken breast and put it in a ziploc with soy sauce for half an hour, then fry it up. Boil rice. Food for days.

Go to your local supermarket and get their card or whatever bullshit they will have for members. Get stuff on sale. You can get really good deals like 4 chicken breasts for like $6. Also, buy rice and beans in bulk. If you can't do that then just buy it by the pound. A pound of rice and beans should last a couple days at least if you keep it stored right. You'll just have to shop every 2 or 3 days but with this budget you should be able to get away with like $20-$30 max per every 10-13 day period. Just weigh your food and plan meals. Drink lots of water. You'll hit macros and feel fine. EAT BREAKFAST!!!!
