Hi /fit/, I'm into Thai Boxing and need some advice.
I practice Thai 3 times a week and it's pretty intense. Training lasts 1 hour. I have little to no spare time lately so Thai became the my one and only workout.
Problem is Thai workout focus too much on legs and abs. I developed big legs but upper body is shit.
This situation is affecting my fists too. Fists came out strong from body but feel weak on impact.
What to do?
Work on your striking technique. All your power should come from the legs & hips anyways.

this is dumb. 1 hour of workout 3 times is stupid. At least use the same hour in the other 2 weekdays to lift. IT with make you a better boxer
