I love it too. Trying to phase it out though. I bought some carbonated water in cans to replace the coke cans I drink every day. Seems to work, it gives me the refreshing carbonated feel that seems to be at least half the reason I drink the coke. I have a hard time eating enough to compensate for the lost calories though, but Im expecting I will get used to it soon.

The last time I had a soda was as a mixer for my Makers Mark like 2 years ago.

I love soda like you wouldn't believe. But I know that this trash is a gains killer, so I had to give it up. It sucks now too, since one of my cousins bought me soda the other day because he knew I liked it so much and I had to decline.

I used to take pride in being like 13 - 16% bodyfat while drinking at least 12 cans of coke within 3 to 4 days and just constantly drinking sodas.

Then I just had to quit
I wanted sub 10% bodyfat
I knew it would never happen if I drank soda

So I quit by drinking perrier instead
icy cold perrier whenever I wanted sodas
