When I go on vacation I usually do murph every other day to stay fit, mile run-100 pull ups-200 push ups-300 air squats-another mile run. I've actually gotten much stronger this way. I remember after one 3 week vacation in Greece I actually changed my bench from 225X6 reps to 225X10 reps. I was fucking shredded. Anon, anything that is causing you effort, giving you that resistance and burn, and as long as you are going to failure, you are getting stronger and look fitter.
