Dumbbell rows have made my middle traps grow a lot.
Bend over and take a pronated grip on the dumbbell. Row it directly to your ribcage, focussing on retracting your scapula. Let the weight down slowly and concentrate on the negative.
Make sure you row to about your nipple line, if you row to your waist then youll get more lat activation than trap.
