I've been working a lot of strange shifts recently covering from a colleague. He's on call 24/7 and I had to attend a bunch of shit that went wrong.
As a result, my sleeping pattern is absolutely shattered. I've been grabbing an hour here, two hours there. How do I fix it now he's back? I'd like to have great sleep hygeine again, preferably 8 hours in the evening for my gains.
