I use mine a lot and it seems to help my legs a lot doesn't seem to help out much else a whole bunch but I'd reccomend for quad recovery and sorting your upper back out

Nah, foam rollers are the shit. I use it in the morning and before bed. Goes a long way towards eliminating the tightness and soreness in my back.

Foam rolling literally saved my back and knees. I use to get back stiffness/soreness and knee pain, after foam rolling my quads, hammies, glutes and thoracic spine every day those issues went away. Also when I foam roll after a workout I'm so much more relaxed and feel better.
