I wanna try this but looking at just the first day he has 4 different types of bench pressing going on for like, 4 sets each, I don't know how I'm gonna do it.
When I usually lift, I go for a weight I can only do 10 reps for in a set. I get through 3-5 sets and on my 4th or 5th I can barely get to the 5th rep.

Too many red flags for me. Although his routine is basically my old chest/tri day with the added cardio between sets. For me, this routine is too cluttered, but give it a shot if you want to try it. Maybe, drop the number of sets or drop one of the bench pressing exercises if you think it's too much. Better yet, try it first, and then you'll know what you're capable of.
Also this got me wondering..
