I have been lifting for like 1 year now and I see literally no change in my shoulders. whenever I train shoulders I cannot feel DOMS the day afterwards unlike my other lifts. I can't feel the burn either when I do my priority lifts like shoulder press & military press. I can feel a slight burn in my accesory lifts like the lateral raises but still, no gains. I feel like I train my shoulders more on my damn chest days

Is your overhead press going up consistently?

For me the lifts that greatly help shoulder growth are OHP, bench, side raises, and face pulls.
Deadlifts help as well.
