The first rule is... respect everyone's goals.
Yet we all know the simple fact that Bodybuilders are the least athletic of anyone in the gym.
Oh wow.. you can wait 5 to 10 minutes so you can lift something that's not even heavier than what a Powerlifter or Olympic Lifter can lift just so you can look pretty in a bikini on a show stage.
I call them meat cows.
So my biggest question is, why do meat cows have this ego and belief that they're tough? Literally all they can do is try to stare at you and flex while sitting to look bigger like a puffer fish.
Meanwhile even normies get less tired walking up some stairs.
Please, if you're a meat cow, drop your ego at the gym.
You're just a pretty boy wannabe puffer fish.
Don't be aggressive towards others.
We are athletes.
We are boxers.
We are powerlifters.
