My friend didnt listen to my advice and took creatine even tho i told him its dangerous. Now he has a creatin infection (pic related).

What to do now? Should we go to the emergency room or will the body get rid of the creatine alone?

He's fucked. There's nothing the doctors can do when the creatine infection has gotten this advanced. Tell him to make his peace with family and friends.
