What's good /fit/
A few years ago I used to be big into the gym and used to be fairly big.
But over the past 3 years or so I've put on a lot of weight.
I've had enough of being a fat fuck and I've been exploring some fairly extreme diets.
Would eating purely protein bars sufficiently feed me and would I see decent weight loss?

You'd see weight loss if you're below TDEE but would most likely lacking a diet that consists of vitamins and shit

To be frank I'm fairly sedimentary in terms of my expenditure of energy at the moment in time and I understand that this would need to change in order to see a major change in my weight.
If I were to exercise more I understand I would need to have a higher intake of healthy fats, vitamins and protein. In short them would a diet of just protein bars in conjunction with a slight increase in exercise result in decent weight loss?

find your TDEE - adjust portions so that you're coming in a few hundred calories under
be strict
