Train your OHP too and add volume to bench
Bench pressing can take and often requires much more volume and frequency than the other 2 lifts

For bench I just did 3x5 then 5/3/1 for a bit.
I've fucked it off and have just been doing dumbell bench for the last few weeks.

If you are doing just 3x5 once a week then yeah it wont be enough. I do 10x3 on intensity day and 4x8 with dropsets and close grip work on volume day, I always rep as fast as I can with pauses on the bottom. My stats are not amazing but 110kg 1rm, ive been training for around 5 months, weigh 75kg
