What percentage of your squat can you ATG (full atg like pic related)?
What percentage of your squat can you front squat atg?
I ditched back squats for front atg after injuries and am trying to figure out if I'm weak or not. Progress has been a lot slower but I guess if you can only use like 50% of the weight that makes sense.

I can front squat 77% of my back squat. I read that optimal ratio is 80%, but again "it depends"

I almost exclusively do ATG frontsquats (and overhead squats). So I can ATG frontsquat about the same as I highbar backsquat which is 120kg for reps.

I know, learn to cope with that. You'll grow eventually.
Anyway, not every guy has the same anthropomorphic features and the same torso/leg proportions. 75%~85% is I believe the most accepted range.
I had heard front is 85% of back, but ATG seems like it's also usually another 15-20%.
Anyhow, it's weird, because years ago, 10lbs lighter, just as lean, I could parallel squat 245 for 5.
Now I can only front atg 185 for 5, but my dead went from 305 around then to 365 for 3 now.

Not much. Shoulders are pretty tight so I have trouble keeping the bar in place right now during a front squat. Any advice on how to improve faster?

I know. I'm pretty decent at squatting. Also I train bulgarian weightlifting so I'm squatting every day in addition to snatches and cleans.

Oh I wasn't complaining. I just added that I can't squat ATG. A lot of people think everyone needs to squat ATG, but fail to realize that some people actually aren't able to.
