Addictions and mental issues is different than simply "not doing something". You have to remember that a ton of obese fucks have strong food addictions and mental crap preventing them from just stopping. Sure anorexic people also have mental crap going on, but that's more of a "wow I look fat" type of thing. We all know twigs aren't fat. Fat people never tell themselves "I'm skinny therefore i should eat", it's usually deeper than that.
