3 times a week:
Pinch lift 3x15-20seconds
Pronated finger curls 3x15-20
Pronated wrist curls 3x15-20
Supinated wrist curls 3x15-20
1day a week fat bar DL's 3x7-10@70% 1rm.
Fat bar for rows and other easier pulling (doing PHUL).
