like that guy said, doing yoga will make you body aware which will greatly help with your posture. also give you clues to keep said posture.

Beside that exercise there is another video by Jeff where he shows you that all you need to do to correct the issue is make sure your sternum is "up" since it automatically rolls your shkulders back and down..Might be this video. Either way you can find it pretty easy.

Me too anon. I've had crazy "forward head" for as long as I can remember and I never really thought of it as a problem until recently.

Pretty sure it worked for me. If anything, committing yourself to doing this routine regularly makes you realize when you're slouching.
