Hey /fit/, I'm a little new year,
just quit smoking after 2 years and I've been working out at home and drinking water recently.
I'm 6'2 and weight roughly 154-157 I believe.
How could I achieve this body?
I dont necessarily want to be big and buff and huge and stuff, I sorta want this really toned/sharp muscle look, any tips/advice on how I could get it?
Do a bro split and drink a scoop of protein powder after every workout.

lift weights and do cardio
what that is, is a low bf% body with a moderate amount of muscle. he probably used roids to help him get there faster but really to anyone that's been lifting for a while, you don't want this body. you want to be bigger.
in any case 155lbs is small for 6'2". Brad is probably 5'10 or 5'11 would be around that weight in the pic, but his weight would be mostly from muscle and not fat.
