Ketones can fuel the vast majority of the brain and the rest can be supplied by proteins that get turned into glucuse.

The problem with no carbs at all is the lack of glycogen fuel, not brain food.

if you eat the organs and not exclusively muscle meats , it is viable, not sure why you would want to LARP as an eskimo doe.
