Please don't. Take a break from heavily loading your lower back. I messed up from this before and had to miss months.

Take a month out heavy lifting and take up some yoga or swimming on the side, it helps a lot.

I've found that the following exercise does wonders for my problematic lower back.

>Move your legs closer to hands so that your ass is sticking up in the air
