>tfw lowerback pain
>tfw gonna squat anyway
Injury is a meme to the Saiyan warrior race.
TELL ME, DOES A POWERLIFTER LIKE YOURSELF EVER EXPERIENCE BACK PAIN?!
Please don't. Take a break from heavily loading your lower back. I messed up from this before and had to miss months.
Take a month out heavy lifting and take up some yoga or swimming on the side, it helps a lot.

Bet you won't be repeating that shit from a hospital bed.

I've found that the following exercise does wonders for my problematic lower back.
>Push up position
>Move your legs closer to hands so that your ass is sticking up in the air
>Lift one leg slowly up in the air and slowly down, don't overextend.
>Repeat with oposite leg
>Repeat

Is light weight okay then?
How about not and work on your core strength and hip/ankle flexibility instead?

I do stomach vacuums and an roller every day and my hip and ankle flexibility is fine. I'm the best squatter (form wise) I know.

back pains are the mind's way of trying to conserve energy. It "knows" when you are preparing to go to the gym that you will expend large amounts of energy squatting and deadlifting. Attempts to avoid these actions are made.
