Its not much but I started out ENTIRELY subpar and am only a few kg on bench press away from being le blue man.

I don't even know why I failed when I shat out the weights on Sunday. I think my sleep might have been bad... Who knows.

It's okay, I'm getting back to both.
Squat is 195 (box squatted until 240 because scared to normal squat)
Deadlift is at 265.

Hope to be at 3 & 4 by next April or May.
