On a -500 cal/day cut. Decent balanced diet I'd say, good amount of fiber. 2-3 times a week tops. It really slows down for me on a cut.

If I'm lucky once a week, my fiber intake is 10/10 too. shrug

Is fiber supposed to make you shit more or less often?

My shit is way more healthy now. It's almost like fiber is compacting everything, or my gut flora is making better use of what I eat so there is less waste. But I always thought fiber made you shit more often

I was under the assumption it does, but I call bullshit. I could have some bowel disease though. srs I'll be shit free for up to 3 weeks.

I shit daily. I have a huge shit in the morning at like 9am, and occasionally a smaller one around 5:30pm. Glides out.

I just came back from visiting my parents for a few days where I had no control over my diet. My shit turned real dark brown, stank more, and was harder to get out. There was also less of it.

Thankfully i'm back on schedule and diet now.

Once a day between 7 am and 8 am.

MD here, multiple times a day to max once every 3 days is fine. It depends upon your calorie intake.
