If you could have only 5 exercises that you are allowed to train for the rest of your life, what are they?
Hard mode: only weights OR only body weight
Insane mode: NO bench/squat/Deadlift
Normal: Bench, Squat, Deadlift, weighted muscle ups and shoulder press
Hard/Insane (BW): Weighted muscle ups, Handstand pushups, pistol squats planch pushups and planch chinups
High test for bump
insane mode (bw):
sprint
shuttle run
breast stroke
crawl
back stroke
normally i also do butterfly albeit rarely

But you have two runs, and two swim styles, wouldn't a different exercise all together be better
