So /fit/, I've wasted my 3 years of lifting doing Stronglifts without following the +5lbs weight progression, I just lifted the heaviest I could per workout. (I didn't care about reading shit back then)

I went from a 5'10" 140lb lanklet to a more bulky 180lbs(pic) but of course I stalled quick. In fact, I've been stuck for a year. My numbers are (5x5):
S: 160lbs
BP: 130lbs
SP: 85lbs
DL: 200lbs

>TL; DR: Will I still get gains from Stronglifts if I strictly follow the supposed 12-week progression scheme this time?
Or should I switch programs since I've been doing it for far too long?

Switch up your programme, eat properly and don't be a pussy with the weight but don't kill youself either.

Well I do, but I also feared I'd drop the routine too early and not get the most out of the program (because I read how you should get your squat to at least 300lbs before changing etc)

Follow the program. Start over, your lifts are garbage for three years of training. Stronglifts works but you have to strictly follow it. I can't believe you didn't notice that for over three years you haven't been getting stronger. 140 lb. kids in my high school used to rep 135 with ease.

I been doing Arnold's blueprint trainer.

5 sets at 30, 12, 10, 8, 6
reps. Short rest breaks.

Then once a week I go heavy, lift to almost failure, drop weight, repeat, drop weight, repeat.

give up on lifting and find a new hobby, you have some hilariously bad genetics if that's all you could manage in 3 years and 40lbs gained regardless of programming choices
