I'm in the best shape of my life, but aesthetically I still feel like I look like I'm 350.
my tits sag, my stomach droops. I feel even more conscious about myself than ever.
Would treating myself to plastic surgery help with my insecurities?
I feel like I'm cheating, but I've been big since I was in 4th grade.
TLDR; Would I be enabling myself if I have plastic surgery after my weight loss?

Pic from a month ago.
Also, my parents are encouraging to have the surgery.
How tall are you fat boy?

reach goal weight

Had a bud go from 220 at 5'10 to 150, his skin was saggy as fuck, didn't help that he was skinny either. Surgery did him wonders.

Well, my goal weight would be 175. BMI would be a 24.5, which is the top end of the 'healthy' BMI spectrum
My question is how realistic is it that I will reach that goal weight when I haven't weighed that much since I was 10 years old...

Yeah, I have a LOT of skin sagging around my waist.
I saw a plastic surgeon, and he said my breasts were all skin, and my stomach had about 10 lbs of fat left.
My chest is mostly is mostly skin. I'm under the impression that the surgery will remove a LOT of weight, and will motivate me to work out harder and have a better self-image of myself.

you're gonna have to take into account that all the extra skin will weigh something. and you can easily get to ~200. talk to a doctor. see what happens. don't quit and don't defeat yourself before you get there

Dude, have the surgery. You've accomplished something very few fatties can do. You deserve it, congrats.

I have an appointment on Wednesday.
It's my second consultation. My first doctor was amazed at what I've done, and said I'm ready.
Interest in seeing what the 2nd consultation has to say..

Congratulations man, I'm serious keep it going, don't lose focus.
Look at it as a reward for your effort? Are you happy as where you are now? Not really according to what you've said - so if this gives you a second wind or a morale boost go for it.
I understand it's difficult not seeing all you've earned and achieved because of the loose skin But I'm pretty sure you would need another one once you drop even more weight. So if money is not an issue for you, by all means do it.
