>Sore throat, dry mouth, fever, running nose for about a week, then just a lot of snot and phelgm coming from nose and mouth for a week or so after.
>Noticed I had swollen lymph glands along the left side of my neck.
>Consult doctor Google, it seemed normal post infection.
>Coming up a month later I still have swollen glands along neck.
>Been rubbing them every half hour for the past week since I started getting anxious.
>Rubbed the fuck out of my shoulder/collar bone areas checking for other nodes.
>I think one of them is swollen along collar bone now, possibly from me prodding deep into the area. Its not that big, but I can feel it.

I've been panicking for the past week from fear. Anyone experienced this before. I feel pretty much perfectly healthy since I recovered from the 'flu' but I still have swollen lymph nodes. They're not that big, but I can feel maybe 2-3 along the left side of my middle-to-lower neck area.

Do they get bigger or stay enlarged if you keep prodding and rubbing them?
